Franklin is a 6 month old, 7 pound male Chihuahua mix who is simply sweet. He is good with other dogs, all people, and seems to do ok with cats! Franklin would do best with another dog in the home and he is up to date on shots, and has been neutered. Fun? yes!! Playful? Yes again!
