Dottie was pulled from a Texas animal control facility where she was brought in with a severe case of mange. Suffering with secondary skin infections and upper respiratory infections as a result of untreated mange, this poor little girl didn't stand much of a chance until Rescue Dogs Rock NYC pulled her to safety. Dottie will be up to date on shots and spayed when medically appropriate. She is good with all people and other dogs.
