Polo is a Chinese Crested mix, 5 years old and around 10 pounds. Polo and another dog were brought to the vet by a breeder who requested to euthanize both dogs for no reason. We weren't going to let that happen! Polo is safe with us and in foster, doing fabulous! His foster says he is always happy, crate trained, almost fully housetrained and up to date on shots. He attaches easily to his 'main human' but loves playing with other dogs, gets along with all people, and even likes cats! His favorite toys are squeaky and he loves  having behind his ears, back and belly scratched. His foster says "Intelligent and self-reliant, Polo learns commands quickly, has figured out how to unlock crates (though he only does so occasionally) and has been caught pulling favorite blankets off the couch to fashion himself a nest, in which he also neatly arranges his beloved toys.
