Pepe was rescued from a high kill South Texas facility. He is a sweet little guy, we think a Beagle/Shih Tzu mix, who is approximately 1.5 years old and 10 pounds. Pepe is good with other dogs and all people, up to date on shots, and will be neutered prior to placement in a forever home.
