Amber was found running the streets in Texas with an infected neck from an embedded collar. She has recovered from her neglect and wounds and now loving life in her foster home in Pennsylvania. Amber is good with all people and other dogs, and we are told is ok with cats as well. Born in December 2015, she is 50 pounds and up to date on shots.
