Franky (TX) is a male collie mix rescued in Texas.  Our veterinary partner estimates that Franky is 3 years old at the time of intake in March 2024.  Franky is good with people and dogs. Franky would do well in a home without cats.   This shy boy was found in a neglected house where he was ignored. RDR has taken him in, and given him some TLC. Franky now looks like a dog and has the chance to make a family so happy.
