Zep (TX) is a male collie mix rescued in Texas.  Our veterinary partner estimates that Zep is 3 years old at the time of intake in March 2024.  Zep is good with people and dogs.  This innocent boy was found in a neglected house where he was ignored. RDR has taken him in, and given him some TLC. Zep knows he is a dog who deserves to be loved and is preparing to head to the northeast where his forever home can spoil him.
