Frances comes from Alabama as an owner surrender. She was kept in an outside pen. Every day she clamored for attention, calling out to her people. Every day she was left mostly alone. Every day she cried. Once in a while, a smaller dog would come and sneak through a hole in the fence to play with her, and those were the best moments in her day! Frances will be up to date on shots and spayed prior to moving into her forever home. She is about 5 years old. The previous family says she is great with people and good with other dogs.
