We just received an urgent call from a Ga shelter about this sweet innocent 3 month old female lab mix puppy, we have named her Winnie, who appears to have been dragged, and as a result sustained serious injury to her hip . Winnie has a huge gaping hole by her hip that is now infected and appears to have been attacked and eaten by maggots.
This injury is not fresh and Winnie has been suffering, ... no doubt.
She was found by a Good Samaritan and brought to a fire station who brought her to the nearest shelter
