Wayne and his siblings were brought into a high kill animal control facility and dropped off as strays. One of his siblings presented with injuries consistent with being dragged by a car. Wayne is up to date on shots, good with all people and other dogs. It is unknown at this time how he does with cats. Wayne is a cuddly friendly little guy who only want to give and receive love and joy.
