Willamina and her sibling were brought into animal control as strays. One of her sisters had sustained horrific injuries consistent with being drug by a car. Willamina is estimated to be 3-4 months old, and she is good with all people and other dogs. It is unknown has she does with cats. Willimina is a sweet soul, who really needs someone to love her.
