Hannah was living on a chain in the back of someone's yard in the hot sun. It is said that the people tried to feed her hot peppers because they thought this would make her a 'guard dog'. We were able to get her owner surrendered and brought into rescue with us and we couldnt be happier. This precious little girl is 9 mo old and only 19 pounds. Who knows what atrocicities she had been put through! All we can say to her former owners is "you FAILED" because she is as sweet as can be! Hannah is good with other dogs and all people. It is unknown how she does with cats.
