Meet Ned! Ned is a cute little munchkin who at the tender age of 9 weeks was surrendered to the shelter with his two siblings. Ned weighs only 4 pounds right now, way too little to spend life at the shelter! Ned is great with all people of all sizes and ages, and awesome with other dogs, cats are unknown.
