Bolt was found tied to a porch, emaciated and in horrible condition. Who could do this to this poor boy? Bolt is 8 months old. His pictures break our heart. We would love to have an amazing home waiting for him when he is medically ok'd to leave the vet. He is up to date on shots, and will be neutered when he is medically cleared for us to do so. We are told he is good with other dogs and all people.
