Eddie was found with a bleeding mouth and a shredded rope tied around his front leg cutting off his circulation. He weighs only 4 pounds. We are unsure of his age at this time, however, we do know that he is just a baby and should never have experienced this! Eddie is up to date on shots and good with all people and other dogs.
