Victoria was found on the curb after someone stuffed her tiny, fragile little body into a bag and left her there. They knew she needed help immediately and did not know what to do so they brought her to NYCACC and reached out to us. Of course, we tracked her down and pulled her to safety! Victoria is emaciated, missing part of her right rear foot, and extremely matted. Poor little girl. She is only about 3 pounds, and approximately 3 years old. She is now up to date on shots, and we are told she is good with all people and other dogs.
