Matthew is a beagle pup from NYCACC who with his 2 fur siblings were saved by Rescue Dogs Rock NYC. His mamma was not available, and we aren't sure what happened to her. Sadly, Matthew is the only survivor of his litter. Matthew is currently in foster and is getting attention from Mamma Billie Jean and her two pups. Billie Jean has accepted him as one of her own, so he is getting socialization skills and other attention that only moms can give!
