Pascal is a male pup born on 9/12/16 to Pocahontas. His mom was living in a dark, dirty basement with other dogs. Rescue Dogs Rock NYC and a good Samaritan were able to coax the owners into surrendering a few of the dogs, so that they would get the treatment they needed and have a safe place to have their babies.
