Benny is a 9 month old male Shih Tzu/Springer Spaniel mixed boy. Rescue Dogs Rock NYC pulled him to rescue from Staten Island ACC. Benny is up to date on shots and will be neutered when he has been medically cleared to do so. He is good with all people and up to date on shots.
