Percy is a small Pomeranian boy who suffers with flea dermatitis which has resulted in some loss of hair (thinning). This is being treated and we are sure he will be feeling better soon! Percy is up to date on shots and will be neutered when medically cleared to do so. He is a very sweet boy who loves people and other dogs. Percy would be the perfect companion for most anyone!
