Norris was saved from a high kill facility in the south where he was brought in as part of a cruelty case, emaciated and with sores on his body. He is just over a year old and a very handsome guy! Norris likes all people, other dogs, and even likes the resident cat in the foster home! He is up to date on shots and has been neutered.
