Jacob was rescued from NYCACC Brooklyn. He is a 2 year old Havanese male weighing 17.8 pounds. Jacob was fearful at the shelter, and because of this it is suggested no kids under the age of 13 at this time. He is currently with foster and going through a decompression period where we hope he will feel more comfortable and start feeling safe once again.
