Sampson is a rescue from BARCS where he was part of a cruelty case. He was brought in severely emaciated and covered with infected wounds, including one behind his ear that was described by a volunteer as 'likely from an ice pik'. Sampson is a sweet boy, good with all people and with other dogs. He is up to date on shots, and will be neutered when he is medically recovered enough to do so.
