Oliver Twist is a puppy mill survivor! We don't know how he lost his eye but we do know he is safe now! Oliver Twist is 8 years old and 5 pounds. He is up to date on shots and has been neutered. Oliver is a completely sweet and affectionate little boy. He really needs a forever home where he can be pampered for the rest of his days! Oliver Twist does have some hair loss due to being covered in fleas when he was rescued but he should have no issues growing his hair back.
