Libby is an 8 week old lab mix. She was born to a feral mom and has been living outside with her family since birth. Animal control had been trying to pull this family to shelter but was only able to get Libby and her siblings. They are still working on bringing their mom to safety. She  has not been socialized with humans and needs to be shown we will not harm her. Libby will be provided with love and socialization while in a Rescue Dogs Rock NYC foster home. She will be up to date on age appropriate shots and spayed prior to placement in her forever home.
