Casper was being given away for free on Craigs list when he was just a few weeks old. An amazing advocate and RDR NYC foster reached out and whisked him to safety. Casper had a cleft palate, which makes him an unbelievably cute puppy.  He had surgery in May to repair his cleft palate and is now neutered and ready to find his forever home. He is now 6 months old.  He is fully crate trained and nearly potty trained.  Casper is very friendly and loves all people especially kids and all dogs.  He lives in his foster home with 2 cats.  He is very smakrt and learns quickly.  His favorite things are chew toys and rolling in the grass outside.  Apply at www.rescuedogsrocknyc.org/general-application
