Foxy was witnessed as being hit by a car and two strangers picked her up. Two days later, they surrendered her to a high kill facility in Texas, with eye injuries. She is currently with our veterinary partners receiving treatment. It appears that she will lose one eye. Foxy is up to date on shots and will be spayed prior to placement in a forever home.
