Edie is a 4 year old, 57 pound beautiful blue pittie who is looking for that special person(s). Edie is smart:  knows sit, stay, shake, and down. She is completely housebroken, will stand quietly by the door when she needs to go out. Edie walks fantastic on a leash, although she is just as content to be a couch potato and loves to snuggle. Overall, Edie is low to medium energy.  As Edie is an older gal, she has outgrown that puppy phase and can be completely trusted to be left to her own devices. Edie is also crate trained and loves spending quiet time in her crate with or without the door open. Edie would do best in a quiet home without small children; children 14 years and older that are respectful are a must. Edie would do well as the only pet although after slow introductions she does do  extremely well with small dogs (under 20 pounds), cats and likes to play. Edie is wary of strangers and needs time to adjust. Once you are in Edie's "bubble" she will show you love, devotion and loyalty that cannot be broken. Edie likes routine and structure - a home without a lot of visitors as well as being low-key is also a must. While Edie has certain criteria, that just makes her all the more special.
