Mandy is 11 months old and 45 pounds. She is great with people and other dogs, up to date on shots, and spayed. Mandy even likes cats! Her foster mom says she is absolutely the sweetest girl and would be the perfect addition to any family! When we first brought her into rescue, she weighed only 25 pounds. Mandy was found on the side of the road outside of Houston, laying across her dead mother, with a dead sibling nearby. We can only guess what horrors she was subjected to considering that she was emaciated with swollen eyes and filed teeth.
