This adorable boy is Harley! Harley is a 4 year old Schnauzer who weighs 11 pounds. He comes into rescue from Texas. Harley was found abandoned and unable to use his back legs. He has had surgery on his discs to try as hard as we could to bring back as much movement to Harley’s legs as possible. He has such a strong will to survive and has fought every step of the way! He is with a wonderful foster who has been taking him to Physical Therapy sessions. He has made so much progress and although he does have some mobility now in his legs he will probably always need the assistance of his cart to get around. The cart does not slow Harley down at all and his little tail is always wagging! He is able to tell you when he has to go pee outside but cannot recognize when he needs to do his poops...his foster mom says this really isn’t a big deal as his #2’s are solid and small and very easy to just pick up and move on. Harley is a very good boy, and he tries very very hard to get his legs moving. He is your typical small breed dog with his big personality and love for affection. Who wouldnt want to just snuggle this adorable prince all the time?! He is great with people of all ages and loves other dogs!
