Boden was found in a locked apartment in the Baltimore area. He was extremely emaciated, barely clinging to life. Boden is thought to be about 4 years old. He was rushed to the emergency vet. He will be stabilized and transferred to our veterinary partner. Boden will be up to date on shots and neutered prior to placement in a forever home.
