Cheers is 2 years old and 9 pounds. She is a tripod, and we do not know why this happened as she entered the shelter this way. She is fully vetted, up to date on shots and has been spayed. Cheers is people and dog friendly and does fine with kids. Sweet and innocent would be a good way to describe her!
