Manny is a 2 year old male Shih Tzu. He is up to date on shots, neutered, and great with all people and other dogs. We found Manny at a southern shelter where the rescue coordinator reached out and asked us for help because Manny needed his eye removed. Apparently his former owners had not treated his eye when it was infected. This led to blindness, and eventually an ulcerated eye that will now require removal. Poor little boy!
