Bear was rescued from the South and extremely under weight. With regular meals and lots of love, he weighs a healthy 70 pounds now.  He is estimated to be around 2 years old and a Mastiff/Black Mouth Cur mix.  Bear is great with all people (adults and kids) and dogs...cats are unknown.  He loves naps, belly rubs and lounging in the sun.  Bear knows basic commands (sit, wait, come and lay down) and is house trained and crate trained.  He is up to date on shots and will be neutered when medically released to do so. Bear would do well in a forever home where he will get lots of exercise, play time, love, and attention.  If you would like to adopt Bear, please put your application in here: http://www.rescuedogsrocknyc.org/general-application
