Felicia is a 2 month old and 8 pound female shep mix puppy who was owner surrendered to the shelter with her two siblings with mange, and after one had received injuries from being hit by a car. Felicia will be up to date on shots and spayed when medically appropriate and released to do so. She is great with people and other dogs.
