Sally was rescued from the NYCACC. She is a 2 year old Shih Tzu mix girl who weighs 12 pounds. Sally is up to date on shots and does well with people and other dogs. Her shelter assessment said she really didnt want them to handle her and made that known, but we feel this is mostly because she was very scared and in an unfamiliar, loud, noisy place full of sounds, smells and people she didnt know!
