Penny and her 4 siblings were owner surrended to a shelter in Georgia, with no mom. She is tiny at only 2 pounds and 1.5 months old as of 8-7-17, it is possible that she is a chi/pit mix. Penny is currently with our veterinary partners. She will be up to date on shots (age appropriate) and spayed when old enough and big enough to do so. She is great with people of all ages, and other dogs.
