Meet Rachel! Rachel is a 5 month old Lab mix puppy from Texas who was dumped at a high kill shelter with her sister Pheobe. At only 6 weeks old this precious girl was battling for her life, needing an immediate transfusion due to parasite infestation and she had a terrible skin infection. She is such a strong girl and is thriving in her foster home but would really like a home to call her own. Her foster mom can’t say enough good things about her! She is very friendly and loveable. She loves other dogs and is wonderful around people of all ages!
