Jasper is approximately one year old, a spunky terrier mix who was brought into our rescue from a high kill shelter in S. Texas with a severe case of mange.  He has received treatment for his skin condition and has made the journey to a loving foster home where he will continue his care and receive a lot of tender TLC.  This handsome little guy needs a loving family to call his own and his small size, full grown at only 22lbs, will allow him to fit in just about any home...how about yours?  Jasper will be neutered prior to placement in his forever home.  Jasper is so sweet and great with all people and other dogs!
