Meet Basil! She is the most precious girl.  Basil is a one year old Shepherd mix who weighs only about 15 pounds right now.  She comes into Rescue from Texas where she has had a traumatic start to her young life.  Basil is very frail and emaciated and will be spending some time healing with our Texas vet partner.  When this girl gets her clean bill of health she will need an amazing forever family who can make up for her neglectful past.  Basil is a sweetheart!
