Andy is just the cutest little boy! He comes into Rescue from a high kill shelter in Texas and is a 7 month old Chihuahua mix.  He only weighs about 5 pounds! How could a pup as sweet and cute as Andy end up unwanted and unloved?! Andy needs a forever family who can show him all the love and happiness he has not known yet.  He is wonderful with people of all ages and other dogs.  Andy will be neutered and up to date on vaccines prior to placement in his forever home.
