Poor blue, a tiny puppy in Texas who was hit by a car and then ended up in a high kill shelter where he sat in pain and his fate was unknown.  Now this precious baby is safe and has gotten the life saving surgery he needed on his hind leg with our vet partner.  Blue is a 3 month old Blue Lacy who weighs about 15 pounds.  In addition to being the most adorable boy ever, Blue is very sweet and wonderful with people of all ages and other dogs.
