Meet precious baby Kaplan! Kaplan is now 5 weeks old, 8.7 pounds, and is an American Bulldog mix. He comes into Rescue from Georgia. He was found at a dump in a coardboard pile alongside his sister, Kristine. The momma dog ran away and did not return for them and they found themselves alone, helpless, and in grave danger of being crushed and discarded with the rest of the cardboard pile. Kaplan is up to date on shots (age appropriate) and will be nuetered prior to placement in his forever home. He is great with people of all ages and with other dogs. Kaplan is not going to be a tiny guy, hes quite large for his age and is expected to be quite big. He is very smart and has already started potty training at 5 weeks old! Playful, happy, and smart, all which makes him the perfect boy!
