Meet Carlitos! Carlitos is a 10 week old Chihuahua mix who comes into rescue from Texas. He is one of Momma Chi Chi’s puppies. Carlitos is ready to start his new life! He is so unbelievably adorable and is wonderful with people of all ages and other dogs. Carlitos will be neutered and up to date on vaccines (age appropriate) prior to placement in his forever home.
