This adorable little boy is Cesar! Cesar is a 10 week old Chihuahua mix who comes into rescue from Texas. He is one of Momma Chi Chi’s puppies. Cesar is ready to fill your life with all the snuggles and puppy kisses you could want! He is such a precious boy who is wonderful with people of all ages and other dogs!
