Jagger was found in SC in a trailer park lying in the cold on a tarp and with a severe case of mange. He was owner surrendered to rescue. Jagger is a 10 month old male and thought to be a Lab mix, but its hard to tell right now. He is good with people and other dogs, will be up to date on shots and neutered when medically appropriate to do so. He is currently with our veterinary partner being assessed and has started treatment.
