Sweet Victor is a 2-year-old Terrier mix weighing 13 pounds, rescued with his brothers Vinny and Vance in Texas, after their owner surrendered them.  Victor is now our treasure and will never have to worry about being unwanted ever again!  Victor is an adorable boy who enjoys the company of people of all ages and other dogs. He is neutered and up to date on vaccines. This sweetheart will surely bring so much happiness to his new family!
