Isn’t Peter just the cutest little boy?! He is a one year old Terrier mix who weighs 15 pounds. We got a plea for help for a dog who was homeless and injured in Texas. Peter was living outside in someone’s yard and was unwanted and in danger from some disgruntled neighbors harming him even more. Of course we stepped in and got Peter immediately to safety. Peter was in terrible shape...missing fur, his skin raw and infected, and he had a broken leg.  He will be getting the surgery needed to repair his leg and with just a little TLC and medical treatment this cutie is already looking and feeling so much better! Soon he will be ready for a home to call his own and we can’t wait to find the perfect forever family for Peter. He is so deserving of a life full of the love and affection that no one has given him yet. Peter is adorable and very friendly with people of all ages and other dogs. He will be neutered and up to date on vaccines prior to placement in his forever home.
