This sweet boy is Gabe. Gabe is a 11 month old Lab/Basset Hound mix who comes into rescue from South Carolina. We got a plea from the shelter he was at that they couldn’t get him to stop shivering and that he was in too much pain to even walk. He needed rescue fast and we stepped up immediately to get this precious boy to safety. We got Gabe the urgent medical care he needed and he is now looking and feeling so much better! There is no reason or excuse for his suffering to have been ignored for so long. We want to find him an amazing adopter who can show him the boundless amounts of love and happiness that he deserves. He is doing great in his foster home and his foster mom says that he is the ultimate sidekick! This guy is such a chill, patient, loving sweetie. He loves to go on errands, snuggles like it’s his job, and is fully house trained. He loves kids, cats and other dogs. Gabe will be neutered and up to date on vaccines prior to placement in his forever home.
