At 2 years old, Legend was owner surrendered because he was attacked by two other dogs in the yard. Legend is a Basset/Lab mix male. He sustained very serious injuries before the fight could be broken up. His ears were ripped off and he was covered in bite wounds from head to toe. We are told that none of this was his fault. The attack was sudden and vicious. Legend has spent some time with our vet partner and is doing amazing! This sweet boy has an incredible will to live and is loved by all who meet him. He lost both his ears, but his ear canals and hearing are still in tact. His wounds are healing and he is ready to meet the special someone who can give him the wonderful life he deserves. Legends foster mom says he greets everyone with kisses and hugs! He loves to go for walks and is house and crate trained. He is a rockstar snuggler and is going to be such a loving and loyal companion for the lucky person who gets to adopt him. Legend will be up to date on shots and altered prior to placement in his forever home. He is great with people and other dogs.
